Built in 1986, this home retained its original charm, complete with the vintage green carpets and cherub bathroom faucets that were once in vogue. Our design approach centered on reconfiguring the floor plan to maximize functionality while ushering in a modern era of finishes. The overall design was enhanced by a new lighting plan, which added brightness and a contemporary touch to the spaces.

Situated within the landscape of a cattle ranch by a river, we replaced existing windows with French doors to maximize the river views. We also maintained certain rustic details as a homage to the authentic character of the ranch where it stands.
